Which chains does PRISM cover?
120+ networks including Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Avalanche, Sui, Aptos, Cosmos hubs, and TON — with full historical archives, not just recent blocks. Free tier is limited to 3 chains; Pro and above cover all supported networks. New chain requests on Enterprise are typically live within two weeks.
Is the data real-time?
Pro and above receive events with sub-2-second latency from finality across every supported chain. Free tier is delayed by 15 minutes. Enterprise customers can request dedicated ingestion for latency-sensitive workflows.
Do you hold my funds or need signing access?
No. PRISM is strictly read-only. We index public on-chain data and let you attach wallet addresses for tracking. We never request private keys, seed phrases, or any signing capability, and we cannot move assets on your behalf — full stop.
How accurate are the entity labels, and can I see the methodology?
Every label carries a confidence score and a linked methodology document — the heuristics, sources, and thresholds behind the attribution. Where we're not confident, we withhold the label rather than guess. Enterprise customers can schedule a methodology review with our research team and export labeled datasets for internal validation.
